For customers the regularly use our remote services, we now offer an application that you can install on your computer to make it easier to setup the remote sessions.

The TSAChoice Card Application is a software program is part of our Remote service.  With the calling card you no longer have to wait for a pin number and go through the download process for each service request.  An icon is placed on your desktop, and when you need service, you just click on it and give us a call.  You will be already be setup and soon a tech will be assisting you.

With this application, you are still in control of when the session starts and ends.  You will still be prompted to give your permission before a technician can take action on your computer.
