Once the initial year is over, most of our customers decide to continue with this plan.  We will even lock in our pricing for up to 5 years if purchased in advance. 

 

Benefits of the Comprehensive Service Agreement include:

  • Immediate replacement of defective parts with absolutely no cost to you for labor, materials, or travel. 
  • Guaranteed Service Response- We guarantee to respond to emergencies within two hours or we pay you $500.  We will respond to routine problems by the end of the next business day.
  • Priority scheduling for Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) work- We will schedule any MAC work within 5 days, pending availability of equipment.
  • Receive a 18% discount off our normal T&M labor rates on moves, changes and additions.
  • Wrong Diagnosis Guarantee- If TSAChoice causes you to be billed by another service provider because of a misdiagnosed problem—we will pay the bill.
  • Checking / reporting of affiliated Telephone Company and Internet service provider problems is free.  Call TSAChoice first for all problems.
  • Free System Back-ups, software patches, and telephone service support.
