In the past, our telephone and computer departments had separate service plans with different rates and terms forcing many of our customers to have multiple plans. TSAChoice has recently introduced its new Unified Services Agreement which makes doing business with us much easier by combining most of our hourly billing services into a single plan.
Signing up for our Unified Service Agreement will offer you significant savings over paying our normal Time and Material rate since pricing is between $20 to $30 per hour less than our normal rates. To receive these savings, you simply choose to prepay for either a 20, 40 or 80 hour per year plan. The more hours you choose to prepay- the higher your discount. If you go beyond your commitment, the additional hours will be billed at the same low rate. Then when you hit the next threshold level, your rates will go down more.
The best news is that
those customers who use us predominantly for either telephone or
computer services will now receive excellent rates from the other side
of the house and a reason to try their services, as well. Many of you
have been asking for just such a service plan and we hope this will
meet your needs.
